Yum Cha, in Cantonese, translates to "drink tea," and refers to the entire meal served at a dim sum restaurant. Popularly served at these restaurants are Chrysanthemum and Pu-erh teas. Each package can stand singularly or as a "steamer" duo held together with a belly band.
